Xiaohan Ma is a PhD candidate at UCL Eastman Dental Institute, focusing on antimicrobial nanomaterials and molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for infection control and biofilm inhibition. His research bridges materials science and clinical application, aiming to develop translational strategies for oral healthcare. Xiaohan is also the founder of XrystalMed, a medtech venture translating research into novel dental restoration solutions. As the Branch Lead of Innovation Forum London, he is passionate about connecting science with entrepreneurship to drive real-world impact.
