Isabella currently works as a Research Project Manager at bit.bio, a rapidly growing stem cell coding start-up with the focus to develop a scalable technology platform capable of producing consistent batches of every human cell to hopefully unlock a new generation of cell and tissue therapies.
After completing her BSc in Biomedical Sciences at Royal Holloway, University of London, she went on pursue a MSc in Regenerative Medicine: Clinical and Industrial Delivery at the University of Edinburgh. Her thesis focused on the potential therapeutic application of human non-human chimeras for xeno-organogenesis with an analysis of the science, ethical concerns and the regulatory landscape.
Isabella joined the Innovation Forum as the IMAGINE IF! Global Accelerator Program Coordinator in April 2020 due to her interest in supporting the developmental and translational process of novel research ideas to clinic/commercialisation.
